We have another used Quartermaster EVO 8 Leg 29 Spline 7-1/2" Triple Disc Clutch & 110 Tooth Flywheel from a Chevy R07 Series engine. This has a 8 hole flywheel bolt pattern and the crank trigger weight on back of the flywheel. The triple disc clutch setup sells new for $1865.00. Unlike the older style Quartermasters these do not have the loud rattle and chatter. They have more of a very faint rattle about 1/3 the noise of the older style Quartermasters. This new style is not as harsh on first gear engagement. The older style takes a good amount of getting used to especially to the first time triple disc owner. High RPM shifting has also improved. There is a noticeable difference when shifting in the high rpms as opposed to the older style QM's. Friction Material- One of Quartermaster goals was to make a friction material that will last longer and boy did they. It lasted about 1/3 longer than the older style QM's. Also a huge reduction in clutch dust build up in the bell housing which can build up on the hydraulic release bearing causing the bearing not to slide freely. Leg Design- QM has upgraded to an 8 leg design that is integrated into the flywheel, not the clutch cover. A problem we noticed with the older style QM's was that the floaters would wear into the legs of the clutch cover especially on higher horsepower cars. Once that happens you will have shifting and lock out problems due to the clutch not disengaging properly due the the floaters getting caught up on the cover. Problem solved with the new QM race version clutch. Hub Design- Unlike the older style QM's the new race version has one center hub as opposed to two individual hubs. The premium discs have 8 heavy duty lugs instead of the early 6 lug design. It weighs 15.5 pounds together. As with all items, it may have dings, dents, scratches and other flaws. Look at the pictures and you decide. We will combine shipping too based on total weight and size of the box or boxes whenever possible. Ask for combined invoice AFTER you are done buying for the day. Do not pay individually. There is a place to request your total from seller AFTER you are done buying. Do not pay ebay's automatic invoice, it is almost always way too high. Local pickup in Monmouth, Illinois is always free, no phony pickup fees like some other ebay sellers. Keep in mind ebay now charges sellers a final value fee on every item for shipping. We now end up only getting around 70% of the item now. I think this is wrong that ebay does this. Ebay makes the rules, not sellers. We have tried to keep shipping costs low but ebay is making that impossible. We want to at least break even on the shipping. Here is a prime example of our bill:

Jaguar today announces a family of new higher-powered diesel engines, led by a rapid 271bhp version of the derv XF that's aimed squarely at the BMW 535d. It's the fastest diesel Jag ever – and will also slot into the XK coupe and cabrio.The diesel work-out is good news for the XF – today's 2.7-litre V6 turbodiesel doesn't have the clout to mix it with the best German engines. We've already complained about the slothful performance of our long-term test XF and the new, bigger 3.0-litre oil-burner should answer such criticisms.
