This is for a Pair (2) of "Outer Axle Ends"... These two end pieces were cut from two used "Live Axle Shafts" that were used on a Champ Style Quick Change Rear End Assembly.

  • Axle Shafts... Each shaft is approximately 13-1/2" in overall length, and is made from hardened steel. They have a 2.90" O.D. x 2.50" I.D. The wall thickness is approximately .200" thick.
  • Threads... They are 2-1/2"-8 tpi, and are 2-5/8" long. One shaft end has a RH (right hand) Thread, and the other shaft end has a LH (left hand) Thread.
  • Splines... There are 42 splines on each shaft, and they measure 3-1/8" long.
  • The threads and the splines are in good condition with no damage.

I am a professional race-car driver with 30 years of experience, and I still drive for General Motors' Cadillac race team in the Pirelli World Challenge series. I also have 20 years of experience educating new drivers, parents and driver-education teachers regarding safer street driving. N.C. Senate gives green light to making stock-car racing the official state sport

North Carolina might join the ranks of states that have officially adopted a state sport. The state Senate on Thursday endorsed stock-car racing by a margin of 46-3. The legislation now goes to the state House.
