Heads up racers will benefit from the raised intermediate system that provides a stronger signal and enhanced air entry section for better flow to the booster venturi. This purpose-built main body is designed with the racer in mind (Patent# D578,5505). Splits are available too! The CNC-machined and drilled billet aluminum booster inserts provide a refined air entry and exit for improved fuel emulsion resulting in superior combustion. The red gas version has 12 discharge holes versus the conventional 8. QFX carbs come with all-new billet metering blocks specifically designed for each application; gas. The cast-aluminum fuel bowls combine strength, reliability and feature dual threaded fuel inlets and dual sight glass for easy float level setting. Dedicated floats for specific applications ensure maximum performance without additional upgrade components. The QFX carbs feature QFT's external linkage with four different links to select the amount of primary throttle opening before the secondaries open: Moderate Progressive (25%), Medium Progressive (40%), Full Progressive (50%) and 1:1. & carb comes with 1 OPEN base gasket, & 1- 4 hole base gasket, & comes with 2 #8 fuel fittings to. Thu, 25 Jun 2009The BMW 1 Series Lifestyle - available as a 118d or a 120i First up is the BMW 1 Series Lifestyle, which gets a Marakesh Brown paint job (BMW’s favourite colour it would seem at the moment – the new BMW X1 cars are all showing up in that colour), interior components in matching colour, chrome tipped exhaust and 17″ alloys. The second limited edition is the BMW 1 Series Sport, which gets an M-Sports package (including sports suspension, steering wheel and gearlever), unique double-spoke alloys and stainless steel pedals. Both the 1 Series Limited Editions will be available in either 3 or 5 door versions, and you can have either the 2.0 litre petrol – 170bhp and 0-60mph in 7.8 seconds – or the 2.0 litre diesel – 143bhp and 0-60mph in 9 seconds.

Mon, 26 May 2014The Lamborghini 5-95 Zagato (pictured) meets the crowds at Villa d’Este Zagato creations of Lamborghini cars are nothing new and have been around as long as Lamborghini has – fifty years or so – so the Lamborghini 5-95 Zagato isn’t a ground-breaking collaboration, even if it’s an interesting creation, and it’s nice to add it to the 1965 Lamborghini 3500 GTZ and Lamborghini Zagato Raptor as Zagato takes on a Lambo. The one-off 5-95 Zagato is based on the underpinnings of the (now defunct) Lamborghini LP570-4 and commissioned by collector Albert Spiess to showcase Zagato’s ability and to celebrate the 95th anniversary of Lamborghini. Spiess already owns a number of Zagato models – including the Aston Martin V8 Zagato and Aston Martin V12 Zagato – but Zagato has gone a bit6 further with the design of the 5-95 and created a car that looks little like the LP570-4 using the principles of functionalism and rationalism, apparently.

Splitting from tradition, Ford said it will build the Hackmobile Transit Connect Wagon that won its Ultimate Maker Vehicle Challenge. The Hackmobile was designed by Jon Atkinson, Becca Steffen, Riley Harrison and Michael Freiert, members of Twin Cities Maker.
