You will need to provide documentation from the dealership as to what they feel the problem is and return the item to us before we can issue a refund. ANY PART RETURNED MUST BE PACKAGED IN THE MANOR IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED PACKAGED, VERY CAREFULLY.
