You are looking at a Free-Line front rim (5" CR 115) with a Mojo 4.5/10.0-5 tire. The rim inside bearing face is flush with the rim and the rim is in very good condition along with the tire. The tire has such little use you can still see the fine center line of rubber that protrudes out. The rim is true, in good condition overall and not bent or damaged and the bearings are still ok for use. This wheel hub is the type that has bearings as part of the rim.
