Jaguar C-X75 reveal LIVE on Cars UK
Wed, 29 Sep 2010The Jaguar C-X75 will get the family nose On Sunday we reported that Jaguar would be taking a surprise concept along to Paris – the Jaguar C-X75 Concept – which is said to point the way to the future of Jaguar design. But is that the future of Jaguar design per se, or is it the future of Jaguar design for ‘Sports’ cars? 2009 Ford KA – Verdict
Tue, 09 Jun 2009Cars UK [rating:4.0] Ford KA - The Verdict The original Ford KA was a hard act to follow – despite its age and the fact it was based on an even more ancient Fiesta underpinnings – and conspired to look fresh and contemporary right to the end. But the new Ford KA manages to cohesively bring together all the charm and style of the original in a modern and well thought out package. If we were running round a City on an everyday basis we would have to look hard to find anything better as an everyday drive.
Vauxhall launches powerful 1.0 petrol engine
Mon, 17 Feb 2014OLD-FASHIONED 1.6-litre petrol engines in Vauxhall cars are about to be replaced by a clever new 1.0-litre alternative. The tiny newcomer has only three cylinders, but thanks to a turbocharger it coughs up more power and torque than many normal 1.6-litre equivalents. It’s set to debut in Vauxhall’s funky Adam supermini, although the new engine will be display-only when it emerges at the Geneva Motor Show next month.
