The RaceQuip Euro Carbon-L Racing Shoe has all the features you'd expect to find in a shoe costing much more. This new lightweight flexible design incorporates durable construction features like a reinforced lace area and double-stitched seams. The high traction molded rubber sole rolls up the back of the shoe to provide extra support for your heel while driving. RaceQuip has added Carbon-L wear pads on both sides of the toe for added protection and durability in the high heat/high wear areas. These shoes feature a soft suede leather outer layer that uses contrasting stitching and European styling to give the shoe a unique look. The liner is constructed of flame retardant Pyrovatex® and has additional padding at the ankles plus built-in arch supports. The design also utilizes RaceQuip's unique Achilles flex opening in the back to allow easy foot extension. The RaceQuip Euro Caron-L racing shoe weighs in about 30% less than a standard racing shoe. The design of this shoe perfectly blends light weight, durability, comfort and pedal feel. Exceeds SFI 3.3/5 rating. Available in Black only in  sizes 1-20.

Chevrolet halts sales of certain Cruze models

General Motors is telling Chevrolet dealers to stop selling some 2013 and 2014 model year Chevrolet Cruze sedans, though the automaker isn't saying why. On Thursday, March 27, the automaker issued a stop-delivery order via email to all U.S. Chevrolet dealers, requiring dealers to stop selling some Cruze models equipped with a 1.4-liter turbo engine.

The EX35 is a slightly smaller and more mainstream SUV than its FX bigger brother from which it takes its core 'coupe SUV' theme.  Despite the coupe design references, the vehicle is similar proportionally to the Lexus RX300 and BMW X3 which it will compete with in the US - and also in Europe when the Infiniti brand debuts next year.  Little different to the Infiniti EX concept shown in New York, the EX35 uses the core Infiniti graphic design signatures and soft form language but introduces a new flowing side feature line not seen on the Infiniti G37 Coupe launched a few months ago. Interesting technical innovations include the 'Around View Monitor' that uses four cameras to give a 'top-down view' of the outside of the car, and 'Scratch Shield' - a new self-healing clearcoat paint. California racetrack serves wine in a can

A NASCAR race may be a prime place for knocking back cold beers, but those looking to class up their racing libations can now reach for a chilled Flasq wine in an aluminum can shaped like a bottle. Sonoma Valley, Calif.'s, Infineon Raceway, the site of one of NASCAR's road-course races, has entered into a partnership with California-based Flasq, which is domestic wine sold in quick-chilling and 100 percent recyclable bottles. Starting with this weekend's Ferrari challenge, Flasq will be available at the track throughout the 2011 racing season.
