This is a brand new solid lifter Racer Brown Camshaft for a 427 Ford. It would also fit in all of the other FE engines. It has never been taken out of the bag, and still has the original cosmoline on it. The cam was made in December of 1988. The lift is .618 intake, and .634 exhaust. First revealed at the 2014 Goodwood Festival of Speed last month, the Range Rover Sport SVR is a super-SUV, Land Rover’s fastest and most powerful production car ever. Range Rover Sport SVR: engine, power and performance Under the SVR’s bonnet is a tuned version of the regular Range Rover Sport V8’s 5.0-litre supercharged engine, tweaked to produce a colossal 550hp – a 40hp increase over the next most powerful model in the range.
Porsche 918 Spyder gets its own website
Wed, 26 Jun 2013The Porsche 918 Spyder (pictured) now has its very own website It’s more than two years since the Porsche 918 Spider went on sale, but it’s now getting close to arriving in Porsche showrooms so Porsche has created a new microsite dedicated to all things 918. Since it went on sale, the 918 Spyder has been developed further and the production 918 will come with 4WD courtesy of its electric motors – one delivering 154hp (rear) and the other 127hp (front) – which, combined with 608hp from its 4.6 litre V8, promises 0-62mph in 2.8 seconds (and 7 seconds on just the electric motors) and on to 211mph. The new 91 microsite reveals Porsche’s self-imposed challenge was to beat the Carrera GT by at least 10 seconds on the Nurburgring, and there’s video of the 918 out playing at the Nurburgring, as well as plenty of photos and detail on exactly what the 918 offers.
Turbo version of Buick Verano priced at $29,990
Mon, 13 Aug 2012The Buick Verano Turbo sedan will sticker at $29,990, including the $885 shipping charge, when it hits dealerships this fall. The Verano Turbo will use the same four-cylinder as the Buick Regal GS sedan but makes a shade less power at 250 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque. Additionally, it will get an EPA-estimated 20 mpg on the street and 31 mpg on the highway.
