This auction is for a Briggs Waller racing animal. This motor is very fresh with only 3 races on it. I had two animals rebuilt in the spring, and this was the better of the two, so we used it only for 3 big shows, and rest of the time it was a back- up so we could keep it fresh. It is set up for black plate right now, but can easily be set for any plate, or even open class. This motor is jetted for alcohol, but could also easily be rejetted for gas. Engine has new rod, rings and piston. New push rods, lifters, and cam. It is bored .030 and is a generation 5. Carb has been completely gone through and as I stated previously motor was fresh with almost everything new 3 races ago. If I get my buy it now price, or my asking price of $650 I will let fresh Horstman greased lightning 2 disc clutch go with motor that is pictured. This is a fresh, rebuilt, ready to go double disc, but it only goes with motor if I get my asking price. Thanks for looking.

Porsche 911 Carrera GTS (2010) pictures and video

Wed, 15 Sep 2010

If you thought we didn’t need another Carrera version of the current 911, look away now – the Carrera GTS is revealed today, boasting a little bit more power, a millisecond or two of extra performance, a smidge more width, a smattering of cosmetic frippery and costing £12,500 more than a boggo model. If you happen to be Che Guevara or any other revolutionary, it isn’t for you. Let’s face it, this is a fairly blatant run-out job, with the next 911 due next year, but that doesn’t mean it won’t be brilliant to drive.

BMW Vision ConnectedDrive (w/Video)

Thu, 10 Feb 2011

Spearheading BMW's drive on technologies at the 81st Geneva motor show will be this: the Vision ConnectedDrive. The car is said to set the course for future BMWs in terms of design language but also the technologies integrated into them. A two-seat roadster, the Vision ConnectedDrive is a 'purist interpretation' of BMW design language.
