RETURN POLICY

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for exchange or Sales Return Authorization (SRA) number for refund.

Return for refund: we ONLY accept returns within 30 days from the date that the item was delivered according to tracking number. There will be 25% restocking fee. Shipping postage is not refundable. If the returned parcel is not packaged well and gets damaged after inspection, refund will NOT be applied.
