Italians are nothing if not imbued with salaciousness. At the Los Angeles Auto Show last week, Fiat leapt upon this fact with a seemingly undiscovered gusto, like a high-school kid who just had his first beer and is—as we speak—rushing to his friends to tell them all about it. This is the Citroen DS5, the third addition to Citroen’s 21st century DS-badged range. Set to be unveiled at the 2011 Shanghai motor show tomorrow, this crossover is the Citroen DS5 White Pearl, a tag that designates that a few of the exterior and interior detailings are just for show. However, what you see before you is essentially the same DS5 that will go on sale in the UK at the end of 2011. So what exactly is the new Citroen DS5?

Chinese Grand Prix (2014): RESULT Qualifying for the 2014 China Grand Prix yesterday saw a much more level playing field than we’ve seen so far this year thanks to a rain-soaked track. But that didn’t stop Lewis Hamilton taking an easy pole (although the Red Bulls of Daniel Ricciardo and Sebastian Vettel squeezed Nico Rosberg in to fourth place) and, true to current form, Hamilton flew away to win the Chinese Grand Prix and Nico Rosberg, after dropping to sixth place after a poor start, fought back to make this another Mercedes one-two. Hamilton’s drive was a crushing one – he pulled away strongly from the start and cruised to the win – but it was livelier behind.
