1932 Ford 'Deucenberg V8' wins Ridler award

A head-turning burgundy 1932 Ford B400 took home top honors at Detroit's Autorama on Sunday, winning the coveted Ridler award over seven other finalists. Dubbed the "Deucenberg V8," the car is designed to be an elegant hot rod, drawing on cues from the luxurious Duesenbergs of that era. It has an aluminum lift-off roof with cloth top, suicide doors, a stretched hood and leather interior.

CES: Mercedes-Benz boss talks technology

Mercedes-Benz boss Dieter Zetsche characteristically seemed to enjoy his status as a car guy amid the computer nerds at the 2012 Consumer Electronics Show. “I just came from Detroit yesterday, where some people consider consumer electronics to be a mere accessory to the car, and now I am here at CES where some people think the car is a mere accessory to the consumer electronics,” he said in a keynote speech on Tuesday at the event. New photos bring 2011 Chrysler 200 into clear view

We now have a better look at the 2011 Chrysler 200 sedan, courtesy of new photos from Chrysler. The updates to the Chrysler Sebring to convert it to the 200 include new front and rear fascia. The Chrysler badge will adorn the front, while a new rear decklid, LED taillights and brake lights round out the rear.
