AC Schnitzer turns BMW 4 Series into German police car

Making its debut at the 2013 Essen Motor Show in Germany, the tuned bee-em gets some rather interesting modifications. The prototype hot Clio appeared twice at the Festival of Speed, driven by chief operating officer Carlos Tavares.
