Is this a tease for the 2015 Volvo XC90?

We’re not entirely sure what to make of a new tease video from Volvo that’s dropped in to our inbox. Volvo are trailing it as a ‘World Première’ for the 17th May, and it’s clear it’s going to be something rugged as the very short video focuses clearly on the great outdoors. The video shows an ‘outdoor’ man walking form a vehicle at the edge of a lake towards a lighthouse  and as the shot pulls out we can see the vehicle he’s walking away from, and it’s clearly an SUV or Crossover.

ING has pulled out of the UK luxury car finance market leaving a finance hole estimated at around £1.2 billion. If you’re in the market for a high-end car, chances are you’ve sought out the services of a finance broker after the car dealer’s finance rates came as a bit of a shock. The Morris Ital - one of Morris Ital by Giorgetto Giugiaro's greatest (sort of) It’s probably a fair bet – or at least was and has been for some time – that Volkswagen would be in the frame to buy an motoring asset that comes on the market. Especially if that asset is in trouble and an iconic name can be grabbed for a song – or less. Which explains why the names of VW and Giugiaro’s Italdesign are being linked together as the Italian designer appears to seek a car maker to rescue it from the woes of being an independent in these rather troubled times.
