Ok, Here We Go...  This listing is for NEW "Parchment" color headliner, rear window seal, matching material to recover visors, pair of headliner retainer rods, and 4 windlace retainer clips for 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963, 1964, and 1965 Ford Ranchero.

I am also including a long list of NEW leftover parts from my restoration of a 62 Ranchero.  They are all in original packaging.  I spent in excess of $450 for these parts not including tax and shipping.  I simply don't have the time to list them separately. All will fit the Ranchero, some will fit all Falcons and Comets of the same years. I believe all of them came from Eckler, Dearborn, or Falcon Parts Inc.
The additional parts are:
  • Set of fender to cowl front splash guards (60-63)
  • 2 brake and fuel line clips (60-65)
  • 1 tranny line bracket
  • 1 steering column to carpet rubber seal

  • Set of wiper pivot shaft bezels (60-65)
  • Seat back adjuster set
  • Pair window vent handles
  • Set coat/garment hooks
  • 1963 Falcon Interior Assembly Manual (Though it isn't for the Ranchero, if yours is gutted as mine was, this is very helpful for finding and putting things back together.

“War on Motorists over” – Philip Hammond

Fri, 14 May 2010

Philip Hammond vows to end the War on Motorists Now there’s a damn fine start to Philip Hammond’s stint as Secretary of State for Transport - the end of the Government war on motorists. It’s also a good headline for the Tories, but what’s the meat? Actually, quite promising. Philip has announced that there will be an end to funding speed cameras.

Toyota ME.WE Concept: It’s an egalitarian EV

Wed, 24 Apr 2013

Based on the electric running gear of the Toyota i-Road we saw at Geneva (but with a full set of wheels) Toyota and Massaud have created an urban vehicle that takes transport back to the basics; a 2CV for the 21st century, perhaps, or a grown up home-made kart seems to be where the ME.WE is at. The construction of the ME.WE comprises a tubular aluminium chassis and a pile of interchangeable polypropylene panels that can change the function of the ME.We from city car to convertible to pickup to 4×4 (thanks to electric motors on both axles) and is, by any definition, transport and not a car you’d have to make a statement. Inside is just as basic with a single dial for the instruments, flat surfaces made from bamboo (designers love a bit of bamboo), batteries for the electric motors under the floor and you have to store any luggage on the roof under a weatherproof cover.
