This is a Brooklands Publication of the Original factory workshop manual, Copyright 1995 by the Rover Group. It has hundreds of pages covering every aspect of the vehicle. For all Range Rovers from 1990 to 1994, petrol and diesel, publication number LHA WM EN A02. The binding on the pages is intact, but the cover is separated (see last picture). The last Ferrari 250 GTO Series 1 to hit auction rooms in 2012, fetched a remarkable $35 million, and last year another 250 GTO – chassis #5111 – was sold in a private deal thought to be worth $52 million. And now another Series 1 250 GTO is about to hit the sale room.

We’ve always made it clear that we believe the only sensible use for an electric car – certainly a BEV (battery electric vehicle) – is as a city car. There it makes sense with its zero emissions at the point of use, and the limited range available – from anything remotely resembling a sensible-sized battery pack – is not a problem.
Umea Olme Spyder project
Mon, 22 Feb 2010While Swedish automaker Saab was going through tumultuous times and Geely was in the process of buying Volvo from Ford, first year MA students in Transportation Design at Sweden's Umea Institute of Design were busy creating a one-off roadster for an independent car maker: the Olme Spyder. Created in collaboration with Ove Bengtsson, an engineer with a personal passion for building his own vehicles, the students were asked to design their own interpretation of a progressive and innovative roadster, developing the concept from a sketch into a full-scale model. Based on an Opel Agila donor car, the concept's 650kg steel monocoque chassis was created by Bengtsson himself to accommodate a mid-mounted engine.
