I worked on and owned Alfa's back in the 1970's and I just came across this (along with others) while I was packing up to move. This was always my favorite Alfa book. Its a large 12" x 9" soft bound reprint of the chapter on the history of Alfa Romeo from "Milleroute Grande Enciclopedia Dell'Aotomobile which was an initiative of Quattroroute/Istituto Geografico De Agostini Novara". The article is written in English and is beautifully illustrated in full color with drawings and photos dating from the beginning of A.R. in 1908 to 1972. Approx. 16 pages of racing and production car history. A must have for the serious Alfisti!!!!

All of that green doesn't come inexpensive--or easy.

And the big news with the Range Rover Sport is really under the skin. Out goes the old supercharged 4.2 and the somewhat breathless 2.7 diesel, and in comes the brute of a 5.0 litre supercharged lump from Jaguar that has also gone in to the new Range Rover (and the LR4 – but not for the UK – why not?), and the terrific 3.0 litre diesel that also graces the Jaguar.
