Rare Chilton's Auto Service/repair Manual - Leather Bound 1974 No. 5956 on 2040-parts.com
Bow, New Hampshire, US
Rare Chilton's Auto Service/Repair Manual - Leather Bound 1974 No. 5956 I don't know if this is really leather but the cover has held up well. Others have advertised theirs as leather-bound. Back cover is the same shade green as the front (not as shown in the picture). See picture with page of models this covers - this page has some soil on it from hands. The rest of the soiling is pretty much on the outside edges where the pages would be gripped to turn them. There is yellow from age on all pages. T1 Don't hesitate to ask questions. I ship only to locations with a US Zip Code (including Guam & Puerto Rico). |

Mercedes CLS (2011 / 2012) spied undisguised
Fri, 23 Jul 2010Mercedes CLS 2011 Spy shot The Mercedes CLS was the first - and some would say still the best - interpretation of a four door swoopy-coupe. It set the benchmark for cars to follow and made the genre hugely desirable. We now have everyone from VW to Porsche and Aston Martin to Jaguar producing 4 door coupes, with Audi joining in with the Sportbacks and BMW about to put the Gran Coupe in to production.
Vauxhall Mokka, Astra VXR, Insignia BiTurbo & RAD-e concept at Geneva 2012
Wed, 08 Feb 2012Vauxhall's line-up for the 2012 Geneva Motor Show Vauxhall will be debuting the new Vauxhall Mokka compact MPV, the Astra GTC-based Astra VXR, Rad-e concept and Insignia BiTurbo at Geneva 2012. It’s interesting to get the heads-up on new models ahead of their actual public debut, but that can take away the impact for new cars. Which is just what Vauxhall’s stand at Geneva will suffer.
Remember this twin-engine, AWD, home-brew Scirocco?
Tue, 08 Apr 2014Obviously, the big problem with the VW Scirocco is that its rear wheels aren't driven. Around a decade ago, a guy named Anson decided to solve that problem by shoving a second VW motor in the rear end of his Scirocco. Sure, VW had done it before, but this enterprising do-it-yourselfer spent just $1,800 on the build.
