THIS IS A RECENT RARE FIND, A 1964 CHRYSLER 426 HEMI ENGINE ASSEMBLY. PLEASE VIEW OVER 70 PICTURES BELOW. THIS ENGINE IS DATED 5/4/64  AND IS STAMPED A864. THE ENGINE BLOCK, CRANKSHAFT, RODS AND PISTONS ARE IN GREAT CONDITION WITH NO CRACKS, REPAIRS OR DAMAGE. THERE ARE PICTURES OF THE BORE SIZES, AND PISTON ID NUMBERS. ON ONE CYLINDER HEAD ONE OF THE EXHAUST VALVES IS BENT AS SHOWN IN PIC, AND ON THE OTHER HEAD IT IS CRACKED AS SHOWN IN PICS AND WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED. ENGINE COMES COMPLETE AS PICTURED, THERE IS NO OIL PICK-UP TUBE, ROCKER ARM ASSEMBLIES, PUSH ROD TUBES, OR INTAKE. 'Speed a factor' in deadly crash

INVESTIGATORS trying to find the cause of the crash that killed Fast And The Furious star Paul Walker say speed was a factor. Meanwhile the actor's fans erected a makeshift memorial yesterday near where the Porsche he was riding in smashed into a street light and tree. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said speed was a factor in Saturday's one-car crash, though it will take time to discover how fast the vehicle was going.

Students of the Transportation Design course at Turin's Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) have been busy designing a new road-going McLaren sports car for the British brand. Third-year students developed 14 super cars for project sponsors McLaren as part of their final-year project for the 2005-2006 academic year. The brief was to come up with a sports car capable of speeds of over 320 km/h (200 mph), that would provide its owner with road-going F1 technology and unparalleled dynamic and aerodynamic performance.
