This clock has a super rare Lux movement that has a more quiet rewind than Borg, New Haven and Wetclox versions of this clock. It fits 1958-62 Corvette. Clock also fits Bel Air 210 150 from 1955-56. This clock has been reconditioned, cleaned, and lubricated. The hands, face, and lens of this clock are excellent. The clock was bench tested following reconditioning and worked normally. The adjustment knob has a strong chrome finish and freely adjusts the hands. The chrome outer bezel is very good with only faint signs of aging...This is a strong running clock with the original Rare 12 V Lux movement.

VW Scirocco and Passat CC (2011): low CO2 tech

Bluemotion tech is now fitted to the base 2.0-litre turbodiesel and includes stop/start and battery regeneration systems to cut CO2 beneath 120g/km. The six-speed manual Scirocco 138bhp 2.0 TDI now averages 62.8mpg (down from 55.4mpg) while emissions have tumbled to an impressive 118g/km (down from 134g/km).
Tesla teases Model S prior to debut
Thu, 12 Feb 2009Prior to its world debut on March 26, Tesla has decided to whet the appetites of green-car fans by releasing a teaser image of its upcoming Model S sedan. Under the direction of former Mazda designer Franz von Holzhausen, the Model S features a rounded front nose, a front fender plate with an affixed Tesla emblem and a noticeably shorter hoodline. Unlike the Fisker Karma, the Model S will be powered solely on battery propulsion and do without a range-extending engine, which helps accommodate the shorter hood.
Ford will fix software in Fusion, Milan hybrids
Thu, 04 Feb 2010While not labeling it a recall, Ford Motor Co. said Thursday that it will update the software of the regenerative braking system on some already-delivered 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrids and Mercury Milan Hybrids. An Associated Press report said a total of 17,600 Fusion and Milan hybrids will be updated.
