are pleased to offer a wonderful racing jacket from the early 70s. Navy cotton, with dramatic yellow and white stripes down the front and an industrial big Talon zipper. Sports vintage patches on the front: 76 Union Racing Division, FORD, GoodYear, Autolite, Bell Helmets & Avis Rent a Car. On the back is a large INDY 500 patch that reads Winning 500. Adjustable drawstring waist and elastic at cuffs. Fabric has a slight distressed look to it and a nice gentle overall fade - just what you would want in a racing jacket. Very good condition with no stains or odors. Has been professionally dry cleaned for your convenience, so this is clean and ready to wear...Very cool and edgy. MEASUREMENTS ·

AAA unveils battery-charging trucks for stranded EVs
Mon, 18 Jul 2011The American Automobile Association has unveiled an example of its new roadside-assistance truck, which is capable of recharging batteries for stranded drivers of electric vehicles. AAA first announced the plan in June, and the first truck was shown on Monday at the Plug-In 2011 electric-vehicle conference in Raleigh, N.C. It uses Green Charge Networks technology and has a removable lithium-ion battery pack that allows for mobile charging.
