Rare NOS 1968 handlebars. This is about as rare as there is for an early z50. The left bar is very hard to find. The chrome on the right bar has more shine. It is a newer chrome process than the early left side bar that is flash chromed. This looks like a lot for these bars but if you look at what nos grips will cost and levers(225.00) plus an NOS throttle cable(50). Order a new bar from honda for 125.00 for the right side. You really are only paying 350 for the Rarest NOS part there is for a KO. Plus this includes the throttle parts in the handlebar. Or look at the cost to buy some bars that are close to straight but need to be rechromed. A couple hundred for the bars and a couple hundred to have them rechromed and then still need to buy grips, levers, cable and throttle parts. Video: Honda Super Ultra Daydreams has us smiling with joy

Thu, 28 Nov 2013

Honda's press conference at last week's press conference was full of the usual marketing messages about sales figures, new models and company strategies but the thing that caught our magpie-like eyes was this joyful little video. The cheeky vector graphics feature 19 of the company's concept cars from the last 20 years, starting with the 1994 FSR right up to the NSX via such wonderful oddities as the Kiwami and P-Nut, all accompanied by a bouncy score.  It reminded us all why this is a brand that has always stood out as individual and creative even if the last few years have been a little sparse.

The ‘Allroad’ version of the Skoda Superb Estate – the Skoda Superb Outdoor – will cost from £26,465 in the UK and gets extra equipment. The Skoda Superb outdoor – a rufty-tufty ‘Allroad’ Superb estate – was revealed by Skoda back in June when it appeared the ‘Outdoor’ bit was going to be a bolt-on pack for any of Skoda’s Superb estates. But it seems not.

Saab shutdown would doom new 9-5, 9-3 models

Tue, 12 Jan 2010

The new Saab 9-5 sedan and a proposed replacement for the 9-3 will be killed off if General Motors Co. winds down its Swedish subsidiary, AutoWeek has learned. The new 9-5, a longer-wheelbase version of the Opel Insignia and the Buick Regal, is poised to go down in the annals of automotive history as a major rarity--a design that was fully tooled for production yet never got built.
