Up for bid is a (NOS) Never Installed Oldsmobile Chrome outside mirror. The mirror is GM Part #982528 Right hand or Passengers side complete with mounting screws and door rubber gasket, complete in the original GM box with mounting instructions on backside of box,very nice factory chrome plating, has a very small scratch in the mirror,( picture #8) may polish out, will leave new owner do what they want to (SEE PICTURES FOR BEST DESCRIPTION). My research shows this to fit 1948 series 60 & 70 models, 1948-1949 series 90 models and 1950 series 76-88- & 98 series models, 2 or 4 door, hardtop or convertibles and station wagons. When only factory GM Parts will do for fit and finish this is for you. Please do your homework to make sure this is correct for your application before bidding. Mon, 03 Jun 2013The MINI Countryman Cooper (pictured) & Paceman Cooper get ALL4 4WD We always find it astonishing that car makers ‘ration’ the availability of four wheel drive platforms in their cars, usually citing a ‘lack of demand’. But that lack of demand is usually predicated on the lack of supply, and increasing the supply of 4WD cars would see more sold, especially after a series of harsh winters where many motorists struggled to keep their cars in a straight line. So the decision by BMW to extend the availability of their ALL4 4WD setup to a wider range of MINIs is welcome, with the petrol Countryman Cooper and Paceman Cooper now getting the ALL4 option too.

Tue, 27 Mar 2012BMW recall 1.3 million 5 & 6 Series BMW is to recall 1.3 million 5 Series and 6 Series cars built between 2003 and 2010 to fix a battery cable cover. It’s been an expensive year for BMW on the recall front. January saw MINI recall 235,000 Cooper and JCW models to fix a faulty auxiliary water pump on the turbo, and now a massive 1.3 million BMW 5 Series and 6 Series cars are being recalled. The cars affected are the BMW 5 and 6 Series built between 2003 and 2010 where BMW has discovered a battery cable cover in the boot may have been mounted incorrectly.
