Here is a very very rare great vintage original brass CM HALL Combination Tail Light. It is stamped, "C.M. Hall Lamp CO Detroit, Mich, U.S.A. 19126 TYPE-B" on the top. I don't know what this was originally made for, but it would look great on your Hot Rod, Rat Rod, or Custom car or truck. In researching this, I found that it is likely from a Studebaker.  I also found these were used on a lot of different cars in the mid to late 20s and early 30s.  It is in overall great condition. There is one very small hairline crack as can be seen in photo 4.  The amber lens what I think is an imperfection from manufacturing, but may also be a scratch as can be seen in photo 7.  It needs to be rechromed or could be used as is on a hot rod or rat rod.  It measures 8" side to side, 4" tall, 2 5/8" deep not including the lenses, and 3 3/4" deep including the lenses. See all photos for additional information.  Please ask and questions prior to bidding.

Shipping on this item is FREE and I will ship out the next business day after payment.

Thanks for looking and be sure to check out my other vintage Hot Rod parts, Hot Wheels, Carroll Shelby items and autographs in my store.

Please ask any questions prior to bidding. Payment is expected within 3 days of the end of the auction. If payment is not received by then an unpaid item case will be opened by Ebay. If you are the winner of this auction and you need more than 3 days to pay, please contact me.

Motoring groups warn over M1 speed limit change

Tue, 07 Jan 2014

MOTORING campaigners have warned that speed limits on motorways across the country could be cut after the Highways Agency announced plans for a 60mph zone on the M1. The plan would come into effect between junction 28 of the M1 at Mansfield and junction 35a for Sheffield and Rotherham between 7am and 7pm, seven days a week. The Highways Agency said the reduced speed limit would be used to help reduce emissions along the route.

Infiniti at Geneva: Infiniti M35 Hybrid (2011)

Wed, 03 Mar 2010

The Infiniti M35 Hybrid gets its first day out at Geneva Infiniti haven’t even got round to launching the latest M Line cars in Europe (and we didn’t even get the last version of the M) but they’re already showing the ‘Eco-M’ – the Infiniti M35 Hybrid – at Geneva this week. If you’re familiar with the Infiniti range of engines (which isn’t all that likely as they’re far from ubiquitous in the UK and Europe) you may be asking yourselves ‘Why M35? Surely the Infiniti would be the M37?’ And you’d have a good point, as the 3.5 litre V6 is the Infiniti engine out of the old M Line (which Europe didn’t get) not the new 3.7 litre (which it will).
