Here is a pair of rare Stewart Warner driving lights. These are a puzzle to me because there is so little information out there that I could find. One is in significantly better condition than the other, as shown in the photos. The better of the two has a model number of 492C and a patent date of January 4th 1921, but I could not find anything using this information. Both have a mounting bracket labeled Stewart Warner P34354, but no information there either. Neither is tested and appear to have been rewired some years ago. These are just really cool looking lights that appear to have been mounted sideways, i.e., they were mounted to the side of something (likely a hood). They measure 6" in diameter. Finally, as a fair warning, I was able to get one open, but it would not reseal the same so both will not be easy to get open to rewire. Please see all photos for exact condition, check
