I found this and never used it, but it has never been installed and believe it is made for a mid 90's Pontiac, but would work in a Rat Rod just as nicely. It was in a tool box for a couple of years, so some of the fins are slightly bent, but nothing huge. Cheap.

VW recalls Jettas for wiring problem

"The current electrical wiring layout has the horn wiring protected by the same fuse as the converter box wiring," said VW spokeswoman Sheriece Matias.
