You are bidding on a new 12 ounce can of rubberized white wall tire and letter paint..   COMES WITH APPLICATION MINI ROLLER..  this is NOT the old runny solvent based paint from the 60's that bled through and didnt work!!.. this stuff works great and has good adhesion to rubber and will resist weathering and abrasion..  rain or shine it is very durable and wont come off!! this stuff is perfect for a rat rod or gasser when you dont want to spend the "big bucks" for white wall tires..   the tires pictured on my rat rod were painted almost 2 years ago and they still look fine after 8000 miles as you can see.. the finished surface of the white wall comes out looking good and it fools 99% of the people at car shows.. works on both radial and bias ply tires.. i have never had one complaint about this tire paint and anyone who has ever used it likes it and tells their friends(rat rodders love it!) ..    its best and way easier just to leave your tires right on the rims when converting them to white wall(no costly tire removal).. you can do about 6 normal size tires with the amount of rubberized paint you will receive(maybe more if you stretch it and split the cost with your rat rod buddy).. comes with easy instructions and please note the longer time you spend prepairing the tire the better the results will be in the end(meaning your tape masking and painting job)..
