Volvo Estate Concept (2014) first official pictures

By Ollie Kew First Official Pictures 27 February 2014 11:00 This is the Volvo Concept Estate, which will be shown at the 2014 Geneva motor show. It’s a true three-door shooting brake wagon: Volvo claims it points strongly toward the future design of its V70 and XC70 estate models. Rather than going down the swooping roofline/thick pillars route for his shooting brake design, Volvo’s new design boss Thomas Ingenlath was inspired by the P1800 ES of the 1970s.

Mitusbishi Outlander GT – New York update

The Mitsubishi Outlander GT Concept will go in to production - expect it in the UK in January 2010 Tagged as a Concept Car when Mitsubishi revealed the first information last week, it has now been confirmed that the Outlander GT will go in to production. It will lose a few of the Concept-Cutie bits, such as the ventilated Brembos and the Oz wheels, but apart from that it will be produced pretty much unchanged. I wasn’t too sure about the Lancer nose when it first came in (although it has grown on me) but it does suit the Outlander GT.

Another week, another special edition Veyron – and this one’s made from porcelain. Sort of. Bugatti has announced a partnership with Königliche Porzellan-Manufatur of Berlin, a German porcelain specialist whose ceramic trim adorns much of the new Bugatti Veyron L’Or Blanc.
