College Exhibition: Elisava Design Degree Show 2004

Nov 26, 2004 - Graduating students from the Transportation Design Masters program at Spain's Elisava School of Design presented their work in the 2004 Degree Show entitled 'Mobility Techniques' held in July at the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion, in Barcelona. They also aim to provide strategic solutions of design that can generate a new commercial and brand potential for industry.

Land Rover Discovery 4 - The latest iteration of the Discovery It’s a sure sign that I’m getting old. Policeman look like they’ve just come out of short pants (which in the case of the ‘Plastic’ (community) police, some have); white cars look old-fashioned (although I’m coming to terms with that one); my arms are only just long enough to read the newspaper and my back goes out more than I do. But I can now add another to that list: Land Rover’s ‘New’ car – the Land Rover Discovery – is 20 years old, and it only seems five minutes since it hit the market.

Toyota Verso S - launches at the Paris Motor Show It always seems like something of an oxymoron – mini MPV – but there really is no other way to describe Toyota’s new B-Class MPV – the Toyota Verso-S. Unfortunately, this release by Toyota is one step on from a tease. They’ve told us it’s going to be at the Paris Motor Show in early October – and that they’ll be giving us all the detail on 30th September - but that’s about it.
