Shipping Disclaimer

If we send the wrong or defective part we will be paying the returning shipping and send a new item or will make a full refund.
If you change your mind or pick the wrong part for your application, you can return the item back to our address at your expense, we'll be charging a 20% re-stock fee over the item's price you paid and we'll be making a partial refund to you after we have received and verified the item.

The majority of our Parts are left over merchandise from Closed businesses, open box returns or OE Inventory from dealer returns, manufacturing plants or manufacture assembly lines. These items although NEW are not always crispy clean like you would purchase from your local retailer. They have either been moved multiple times. Opened and re-boxed, removed from a part of a larger assembly or just do not have a box at all anymore. Many times a manufacturer will scratch off their name or remove the part from their branded box and re-box it in a generic box or just dump it with hundreds of like parts in a pallet.

It may have been made by a different manufacturer than they use today and may not look the same as new retail, it may have been re-boxed and/or returned. This does not make it fake, or a Chinese knockoff, or USED. We make every effort to identify the item and provide the proper fitment and country of origin. We buy from major worldwide suppliers that must keep records to prove a chain of ownership. We know where the parts came from!

So please understand Although NEW; there may be scuffs, scratches, nicks or minor damage. The item may have been part of a larger assembly and removed. It may not have all the little pieces, parts, Screws, boots, instructions or look the same as one you bought from the auto parts store down the street the other day. The box may be dirty or incomplete or just not there at all.

Le Mans regulations for 2014 announced

Thu, 14 Jun 2012

The organisers of the Le Mans 24-hour have announced a raft of radical new rules on the eve of the 2012 race - including the less restricted use of hybrid power for the top-flight LMP1 racers from 2014. The governing ACO (Automobile Club de l'Ouest) unveiled the major changes due in two years' time as the teams start the 80th 24 Heures du Mans event which runs from Saturday 16 - Sunday 17 June 2012. In order to stay in tune with our environmentally-conscious, economically-chastened times, the focus of the alterations is to improve the efficiency of the elite LMP1 cars' technology and cement a link with roadgoing hybrids, as well as making the race cars safer.
