Noble M600 new photos
Thu, 20 Aug 2009Noble has sent us some proper sized image of the new Noble M600 We do love the look of this new Noble, but it is a big risk for the small company from Leicestershire. It is very much uncharted territory for them. They’ve had success building ‘Garden Shed’ cars in the £50-75k range for a few years now, but to suddenly catapult themselves in to real supercar territory with a £200k supercar is a big leap of faith.
Peugeot 2008 DKR gets 340 bhp turbo diesel to fight the Dakar Rally
Sat, 05 Jul 2014Peugeot 2008 DKR (pictured) gets 340 bhp turbo diesel to fight the Dakar Rally The days of Peugeot’s motorsport activities being integral to the brand’s identity are long gone, but Peugeot are still playing motorsports with a few headline grabbing projects like Sebastian Loeb’s Pikes Peak car. But Peugeot’s motorsport activities at the moment are extending a bit further than hitting Pikes Peak (and the Goodwood hillclimb) in a monstrous Peugeot 208 T16, and a 2008 to take on the Dakar Rally was revealed back in April. Then, we got to see the Peugeot 2008 DKR in all its Mad Max glory, but Peugeot were being a bit circumspect about what was underneath their Apocalypse-taming Rally Raid Monster.
Bentley Zagato GTZ – back in production
Fri, 19 Feb 2010The Bentley Zagato GTZ is back in 'Production' It’s now two years since Zagato announced they were building the Bentley GTZ, a Zagato-bodied Bentley Continental GT Speed. They made the announcement at the Geneva Motor Show back in 2008 and we later discovered that they were intending building just nine cars, each of which would cost a barking mad £850,000. But despite the announcement that Zagato were going to build nine Bentley GTZs, it looks like only one or two were made.
