Europe, Japan, Russia, South Africa, Asia, Australia, China, and other parts
of the world we have special direct carrier rates for heavyweight products
that may not be shown on the USPS or UPS shipping calculator. Please
contact us if you would like a custom quote. In addition our shipping
rates do not include import duties, taxes, and custom broker fees and
charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or

Customer’s own shipping: We can use the
shipper of your choice at your expense or if you want us to find you
one, we can accommodate your shipping request.
When we ship: We ship
daily with the exception of weekends and Holidays. Items are
professionally Packed and shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. We are
proud of our ability to provide same day shipping for no extra cost for
orders placed before 12:00 pm PST Pacific Standard Time. Our dedicated
Technical Engineers and Shipping Department take care to
"double-verify" your order is "as-described" and packaged
safely and securely to minimize potential damage.
We pack everything professionally to
minimize the chance of damage to the products we ship.
For larger equipment that requires
palletization we normally will require an additional 24 hours for packing.
We pride ourselves on quality packaging and it takes time to build
custom pallets. If you have any special requests just let us know and
we will pack it the way you want it.
Item Location: This item is shipping from a Cordova, TN. (Memphis suburb) USA Warehouse
Local Pickup: There is no local pickup fee. (Please note in compliance with state laws sales tax will apply, on local pickups.)
Handling/Packaging Fee: Obviously, we have time and
expense in packing. Each item will have its own individual
handling charges. Please check the costs under shipping charges before
buying.
Shipping and Handling Cost Domestic :( Lower 48 states and DC): UPS/USPS.
For your protection
and ours, we will only ship to the address on file with PayPal, regardless of
special requests.

Rush Delivery: Any request for faster shipping and delivery must be received at

Returns:

Damaged items MUST have photo evidence for return to be processed. This is so we can file a claim with the

"Buyers Remorse" returns, just because you made a mistake or you no
longer want it.

warranty does NOT cover
wrong fit, incompatibility, buyer’s remorse, buyer tampering, dis-assembly,
or anything else. Return
policy ONLY covers functionality of item or items.

only regardless of the condition and working status of the item. Buyer takes

Cancellation /
Returns: If you change your mind for any
reasons like wrong bids, emergency cases, incompatibility etc., you will be
required to pay a 20% restocking fee to cover the costs of listing on eBay, labor and devaluation upon
mutual agreement for returning the item and a positive feedback should be
left before we cancel the purchase / auction.
Freight Damages: if the package you have received has been damaged during shipping and
the box is deformed because of any mishandling, moisture etc., you should
keep the package, contact us so that we can file a claim with carrier, and
request them to inspect the package.
Note: A refund
will be available as soon as the carrier accepts to cover the damages.
