Wed, 06 Jun 2012The BAIC C70 debuted at the 2012 Beijing International Motor Show and is based on the previous-generation Saab 9-5. The C70G, designed by Pininfarina, retains the X-shaped brand badge, which derives the Chinese word ‘Bei', meaning North. Although the exterior design of the car is slightly conservative, elents such as the sharp feature lines found adorning the car's sides mean the C70G remains sleek and elegant.
Brit GP moves to Donington Park

It’s a return to the East Midlands circuit after 17 years, which last hosted the Grand Prix of Europe in 1993. To bring the circuit up to scratch for the Formula One crowd Donington Park has announced it will commence a 5-year, £100m investment programme.

We had our doubts that the Renault Alpine A110-50 photo we published earlier this week was real, but it seems it was; which goes to show we should really lock up our scepticism more securely. And now, as promised, Renault has revealed their first Alpine in almost twenty years in the A110-50, a car that has the underpinnings of the Megane Trophy and a body that seems to owe most of its DNA to the electric Renault DeZir Concept.
