This fog lamp is used, has slight signs of wear like slight scratches, dust from lying around, pitting from road rush on the lens, maybe some oxidized surface/some little rust on the back maybe, but rather than that it is very usable. It is a genuine part, and should fit Mercedes c-class approximately years 2003-2007, but please check on that yourself as we are not sure 100%, compare with your part!!!!! BULB is NOT INCLUDED!!!!
