At last, our long national nightmare is over: All eight Corvettes sucked into the Bowling Green, Ky., National Corvette Museum sinkhole back in February are back at ground level. And there's a lot to be happy about. First and foremost, we're thankful no one was hurt in the incident, which happened in the early morning hours of Feb.

Caterham Cars launches engineering business

Caterham Cars has created a separate engineering business, Caterham Technology and Innovation Ltd (CTI). It is one of the first moves since Team Lotus Enterprises took control of the company in April. Caterham Technology and Innovation will develop a new line of lightweight sports cars inspired by the Caterham Seven and draw on materials and knowledge gained from Team Lotus Formula One and the Caterham Air Asia Team in the GP2 Series.

This year as part of Concorso Italiano 2013, a display was introduced for British cars – and it then grew to become anything that isn’t Italian. As a result there was a healthy dose of American, British, German and French metal (and plastic) on display. And just for good measure there was also space for some Japanese classics too.
