Payment: Payment must be made within 24 hours of sale if paying with Paypal. If paying by cash or cashier's check you must let me know within 24 hours how you will pay and it must be received by me within 5 days of sale.

Shipping/Pickup: Local pickup is free.  If shipping is desired, I can set up shipping if you like.  Buyer is responsible for shipping price which must be paid before I ship.  Feel free to ask for a quote.  I can assist with loading.

Sales Tax: Sales made to Florida residents or to purchasers picking the item up are subject to 6% Florida sales tax. Out of state purchases being shipped out of state by a shipping company do not have to pay sales tax.

Additional Terms: Item sells as is where is with no warranties or guarantees neither express nor implied. Description is subject to mistakes or errors and Buyer is encouraged to come inspect the item in person prior to purchase to assess its condition and the accuracy of the item's description. Limit of liability of the Seller shall be a refund of the purchase price to Buyer and return of the item to Seller; however, this shall in no way require Seller to offer a refund. If payment is not arranged and made within the timeline given here Buyer shall forfeit the item allowing Seller to relist or do otherwise with the item as Seller desires; additionally Seller shall retain all rights against Buyer for breach of the purchase agreement. Item for sale locally as well, Seller reserves the right to end early if it sells locally before end of auction; best way to make sure it is still available is to call first.
