Hyundai i45 / Hyundai i40 / Hyundai Sonata confirmed for Oz
Thu, 18 Feb 2010Hyundai has reveled its Sonata replacement in Australia - the Hyundai i45 Last year – in September to be accurate – Hyundai launched the replacement for the Hyundai Sonata in its home market of Korea. We knew then that the Sonata name would stay for some markets, but in keeping with Hyundai’s latest nomenclature we were going to get the i-something, to go along with i10, i20, i30, ix35…. We reckoned Europe would get the Hyundai i40, not the Hyundai Sonata.

The two premium brands reckon working together might just stave off the threat of the credit crunch, collapsing car sales in key markets and the uncertainty wobbling the very foundations of the motor industry. Trio of Range Rover Hybrid prototypes completes trek from Solihull to Mumbai
Mon, 14 Oct 2013A team of three Range Rover Hybrid prototypes has just completed a 53-day journey from Solihull, England to Mumbai, India. The route retraced the centuries-old Silk Trail, taking the team through 13 countries. The trucks and drivers experienced just about every type of terrain, as well as temperatures ranging from -10 degrees Celsius to 43 degrees Celsius, the latter translating to a very uncomfortable 109.4 degrees Fahrenheit.
