There’s something a bit unedifying about publishing pictures of the misfortunes of others, be they accidents or fires. We first got wind of the GTS trim package when a Porsche dealer presentation leaked late last year. The new Boxster GTS and Cayman GTS are pictured here in official photographs before the planned New York auto show debut next month.

The firm has actually managed to come up with a new Sport derivative of its evergreen 4/4. The £26,221 model has been stripped out so it now weighs just 800kg.
