Here's our first look at the new Mercedes E-class Cabriolet, unveiled at the 2010 Detroit Auto show. It's the fourth addition to the E-class range, and as with the latest E-class Coupe, the new drop-top replaces the old CLK. The new E-class Cabriolet shuns a hard-top and continues to favour the more traditional folding fabric arrangement - the hood can be opened or closed in 20 seconds at speeds of up to 25mph.

2012 Ford Focus ST - Production-ready by Frankfurt in September The 2011 Ford Focus is now starting to hit the roads in earnest (especially on the roads near Cars UK Towers), but what we’re really looking forward to is a new Focus with a bit more get up and go. We’re hoping Ford are still going ahead with plans for the Focus RS Hybrid by 2013, but what we do know for sure  is that we will be seeing a warmer Focus in the 2012 Focus ST before the end of the year. Aside from the Honda Civic Natural Gas, compressed-natural-gas-powered vehicles have usually been converted after the fact, generally for fleet use. Chrysler is hoping to carve out a niche in the corporate-pickup segment by selling a factory-built CNG Ram 2500 that can seamlessly switch over to gasoline operation when the natural-gas tanks run dry. The twin 4.6-cubic-foot CNG tanks (which store the equivalent of 18.2 gallons of gas) take up a section of the bed, while an eight-gallon gasoline tank provides fuel during start-up and then reserve capacity when the compressed tanks are tapped out, allowing the bruiser a measure of operational flexibility.
