Vettel managed to start from pole and end up on the top step after the chequered flag. Team mate Mark Webber didn’t fare so well. Toyota to release ‘back to basics’ GT 86 for JDM tuners
Wed, 08 Feb 2012Toyota is releasing a back-to-basics version of its GT 86 in April, specifically for the Japanese aftermarket tuning scene. The RC version is intended to be a blank canvas for customers to modify and customize according to their preferences. So wing mirrors, door handles and front and rear bumpers are unpainted, and front foglamps, tailgate lamp, intake manifold cover, stereo and speakers are all removed.
Toyota recalls some RAV4 and Highlander models for airbag problem
Thu, 21 Apr 2011Toyota is conducting a voluntary U.S. safety recall for certain 2007 and 2008 RAV4 models and 2008 Highlanders for a problem with airbag sensors. About 214,000 RAV4s and 94,000 Highlanders and Highlander HVs will be recalled.
