This is a stock # SMK K1105C kit for an Borg Warner (BW) T5 "World Class" 5 speed transmission used in Mustang, Cobra from 1985 on. Also used in Camaro, firebird from 1987-on as well as late S10's with 4cyl or 2.8L engine (please email for specific applications). Casting # on the trans should be 13-52. Retails for over $200. Thu, 16 Jul 2009Mercedes has confirmed they are planning an SLS AMG eDrive for 2015 As we suggested the other day, it looks like this will be known as the Mercedes SLS AMG eDrive. It will feature an in-board electric motor for each wheel, generating the equivalent of 526bhp, which should give the SLS eDrive similar performance to its conventionally driven sibling. By putting a motor at each corner, Mercedes are effectively endowing the SLS eDrive with an intelligent four wheel drive system.
