This is for a Set of Eight (8) Vintage NORS Rebuilt Connecting Rods... In their original box.   

Application:

  • 1937-42 Ford Passenger, Commercial, and Truck with a 85 & 90 hp Ford Flathead V8 engine... (except 60 hp engines)

Specifics:

  • Rebuilder:  H. W. Campbell Co., Forney, Texas... A long time Texas Engine Rebuilding Company.  
  • FoMoCo Part Numbers: 91A-6200 & 21A-6200. 
  • Hollander Crossover Numbers: 361 & 388. 

Details:

  • A Nice Set of Eight (8) Rebuilt Connecting Rods in their original box. 
  • Rod Length: 7.00", measured center to center. 
  • Small End:  New Piston Pin Bushings installed and drilled for piston pin oiling... They measures .740" I.D. and will need to be honed to fit the piston pin. 
  • Big End:  They measures 2.220" I.D. and they have a smooth bore for "full-floating" rod bearings. 

Item Condition

  • A Set (8) of  "NORS" Rebuilt Connecting Rods from a closed auto parts store... In their original box
  • The box has some "old age" shelf damage. 
  • These connecting rods have been cleaned, washed in solvent, and sprayed with WD-40... However, they may need more cleaning before use.

0-60 tipped us off to this short video of Ferrari's forthcoming Enzo successor drifting its way around Ferrari's Fiorano test track. The F70's V12 can be heard, though there's no evidence of the rumored KERS-like hybrid system. Ferrari tells us to expect a sub-2,500-pound curb weight, and we're also hearing the 920-hp figure bandied about.
