From a 1989 560sec i have used in my 1984 500sel nice brackets original Recaro AMG used but in good shape no cracks or broken welds. This is the wedge shape i also have the flat see my other auctions. Label says idealsitz(77/81) idealsitz ls kba90024, idealsitz orthopad kba90076 made in west germany stamped daimler benz 200-450 SEL 6.9. This auction is for both sides all mounting holes are intact..i can help instruct how to install in any w126 takes about an afternoon. These mount on top of your existing power sliders. Lamborghini Jota spied testing
Fri, 15 Jan 2010The Lamborghini Jota caught cold weather testing (via WCF - copyright CarPix) The Murcielago range of Lamborghinis is coming to the end of their shelf life and we have in store the replacement – The Lamborghini Jota - which will be with us in the next year or so. So it’s not a big surprise that Lamborghini have been out testing the new Jota in the Arctic Circle. As we can see from the spy shots, the Jota is going to be similar in size to the Murcielago (which is far too wide for comfort around town) but thanks to a new aluminium space frame will be an awful lot lighter than the Murcielago.

Porsche acquires Nardo Test Track as its new playground
Thu, 12 Apr 2012Porsche Nardo Test Track (map from Google Earth) The enormous Nardo Test Track near Lecce, Italy, has been acquired by Porsche as a new testing ground. Top Gear viewers will probably remember the opening episode if the last series of Top Gear (series 18) with the Lamborghini, McLaren and Noble in Italy or, more specifically, in the Lecce region of Italy which nestles in the warmth of Italy’s heel. The Lecce region also houses the Nardo Test Track which is where the boys took their supercars to hammer round the slightly bumpy outer oval seeking top speed.
