1) Delivery
1.1) Italian Motorbikes will dispatch the ordered items to the address indicated in the order e-mail
1.2) The ordered items will be dispatched through the services provided by Poste Italiane Spa. The items will be delivered according to the timetable indicated in the www.poste.it
1.3)  The items directed to desitinations outside the European Union will be dispatched by default through the Postacelere Internazionale service; the delivery time of items dispatched with different services will vary according to the destination.
1.4) Tracking services are not available for regular parcels ( Priority mail , Surface mail).

2) Price
2.1) All delivery fees, variable according to weight, dimensions and destination, are charged to the customer.

2.12) Items dispatched outside the EU are subject to taxation by the local authority.

3) Products availability
3.1) The customer will be able to purchase the products included in the Italian Motorbikes catalogue according to the quantity in store.
3.2) If any of the ordered items is not available, Italian Motorbikes will contact the customer and inform him about the time of availability.
4) Responsibility
4.1) Italian Motorbikes will not be held responsible for any disservice due to circumstances beyond its control like fires, explosions, accidents, strikes, lock-outs, earthquakes, floods and other similar events preventing the sale or the delivery of its products.
4.2) We deny any liability for any accident occurring during the use of the products we supplied. No remboursement or indemnity will be considered valid or due
5) Right
5.1) According to art. 5, Dlgs 22 May 1999 n. 185, the customer can assert his right of withdrawal; after 
returning the delivered goods, he will receive a refund.
5.2) Customers who, for any reason, are dissatisfied with their purchase, have the right to withdraw from the purchase, without any fee and without specifying a reason within 10 days from the day of delivery of the purchased good.
5.3) The customer will pay all the fees involved in the return of the goods, which must be delivered to 
Italian Motorbikes in the conditions of reception.
5.4) In order to assert his right of withdrawal, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt containing a statement on the will of withdrawal, the customer's personal data, the invoice or receipt number, his bank details to: Italian Motorbikes c/o Pisani Andrea, Via Scrivia 6, Verona - Italy.
5.5) The will of withdrawal can be anticipated through an email to e-mail  ; this email might serve to speed up the withdrawal process but, for the sake of officialdom, a registered letter must be sent anyway.
5.6) Italian Motorbikes will accept the returned goods only if they are in the original conditions; 
in that case, Italian Motorbikes will refund the customer within 10 days from the reception of the registered letter.
5.7) The shipping fees and the expenses for the returning of the goods to Italian Motorbikes are not reimbursable.
6) Privacy
6.1) Personal data are collected in order to register the customer and activate the process of shipment and the related communications.
6.2) Personal data are digitally stored according to the regulations, and will be produced only after a 
request by the judicial authority or by other lawfully entitled authorities.

Jeep to use Fiat platforms starting in '13

Jeep's small SUVs will use Fiat-supplied platforms starting in 2013, Jeep brand CEO Mike Manley said on Wednesday. Jeep will eliminate the Patriot and Compass crossovers after 2012 and replace them with a single C-segment vehicle whose platform will originate with Fiat Group. Jeep also will introduce a B-segment small SUV in 2013 with a Fiat platform.

Dealers participating in the "cash for guzzlers" program must visit www.cars.gov to find a list of facilities that may qualify for scrapping vehicles and then make sure the company can crush or shred trade-ins, according to preliminary rules on the Web site. The government posted the rules today for the program, designed to lift U.S. light-vehicle sales from 27-year lows.
