New Nissan Micra DIG-S (2011): Prices & Models
Tue, 09 Aug 2011Nissan Micra DIG-S - UK Details released It was only February when the Nissan Micra DIG-S was revealed but Nissan are now ready to let UK motorists loose in their City Car and have sent us price and model details. What we find particulary appealing about the three-pot supercharged Micra DIG-S is that it seems to offer a perfect alternative to the diesel City Car – and with much lower NOx and particulate emissions – but without the penalties in fuel economy normally associated with petrol-engined cars. Not only does it offer economy that compares favourably with a diesel-engined car of a similar size, it suffers no performance penalty either.

Their most recent event in Dallas put collector Buddy Herin's 1967 Corvette L88 Convertible in the spotlight, making it one of the most successful auctions in Mecum history. Being just one of 20 produced during that year, this rare breed made history for its $3.2 million price tag, the highest price ever achieved for a Corvette at any auction.
XFR Jag the fastest ever

They had a little fiddle with the ECU to derestrict it (and yield 600bhp) but, it is claimed, made no further mods apart from adding a spoiler at the back to stop the XFR taking off on the Salt Flats’ wide open spaces. Jaguar XFR breaks 225mph at Bonneville So what happened?
