Designed for the latest Big-Twin motorcycle engines that specify 20W50 motor oil including  Evolution Twin Cam and aftermarket engines of similar design.

Red Line Motorcycle Oils are designed to provide the highest degree of protection and cleanliness for your motorcycle engine. Red Line uses the most stable synthetic components available to provide wear protection across a wide range of engine operating conditions. Red Line lubricants are unique because they contain PE Polyol Ester base stocks, the only lubricants which can withstand the tremendous heat of modern jet engines. The key advantage of this oil is the use of very stable synthetic base stocks which have a natural multigrade property, which means that large amounts of unstable polymeric thickeners, like those used in petroleum oils, are not required to manufacture our multigrades. A motorcycle transmission will completely tear apart these polymeric thickeners which are used in petroleum oils and many synthetics, causing rapid loss of viscosity, which can result in inadequate lubrication. Red Line Motorcycle Oils are completely shear stable. In addition, Red Line provides enhanced zinc and phosphorous antiwear additives for the best wear protection available, and friction reducers designed for perfect clutch compatibility.

Vauxhall planning City Car

Tue, 08 Dec 2009

The 2004 Opel TRIXX Concept With the world and his dog seemingly trying to squeeze in to smaller and smaller cars, it should come as no surprise that Vauxhall/Opel’s new boss in Europe – Nick Reilly – says that the number one priority for GM in Europe is a new City Car. After all, what was once considered as small as you need to go – the Corsa or the Agila – seems something of a heffalump compared to many of the city cars flooding in to our cities. So how far down the line are Vauxhall with their City Car plans?

Aston Martin CC100 Speedster Concept celebrates Aston Martin’s Centenary (video)

Sun, 19 May 2013

Looking like a modern interpretation of the legendary AM DBR1 Le Mans car from the 1950s, the CC100 is a dramatic ‘Speedster’ concept powered by Aston’s latest V12 and makes its debut – driven by Ulrich Bez – at the 24 Hours of Nurburgring Race event in Germany today (19th May 2013). Aston put together the CC100 in less than six months (did no one tell them 2013 was Aston’s centenary year until last Christmas?), and roped in carbon fibre specialists Multimatic to create the body and interior from carbon fibre, and Aston Martin used the VHM platform to create the underpinnings for the CC100, and have powered it with the latest version of the V12 AM11 engine with a six-speed sequential gearbox. Chief Exterior Designer, Miles Nurnberger, said: The brief was very simple, yet enormously testing: create something that reflects the 100 years of Aston Martin heritage and signals the future of the brand.

A key piece of the future of General Motors will be on display next week in Los Angeles. Yes, the Chevrolet Volt will be there. But so too will the 2011 Cruze, the new compact car in Chevy's lineup due towards the end of next year that promises up to 40 mpg on the highway.
