FAST SHIPPING: Our super-fast delivery is the result of shipping from our state-of-the-art 80,000 square foot headquarters. The shipment date of your order is dependent on the time of day the order is placed. Your item will be shipped within 48 hours after receiving full payment, excepting weekends. In the unlikely event your item is on backorder, we will notify you as soon as possible to discuss the adjusted shipping time-frame. We are located on the West Coast so shipping to the east coast will usually take UPS a MINIMUM of 5 business days. COMBINED SHIPPING: We do combine shipping if all your parts can fit in one box. If you are purchasing multiple items, please pay for all items at the same time. The eBay checkout system should automatically combine your orders and consolidate the shipping cost. If it does not, you must contact us before making payment to combine your items. Failure to do so will result in separate shipping fees for each individual item. We cannot combine your shipping costs if you have already paid. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS SHIPMENTS: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. RETURNS POLICY: Returns are easy! We use eBay's hassle free return system for all returns of products bought on eBay. Please note we can not allow returns on used items, Items marked as final sales, or sales over 30 days. All items must be in original condition including the packaging. You may be responsible for paying the shipping back to the warehouse. All returns are charged a 20% restocking fee, unless it is for store credit or exchange. Shipping is not refundable. Clearance, Closeout, or Scratch-N-Dent Returns Policy: These are CLEARANCE and are NOT eligible for returns, all sales FINAL! Some items may have defects, but will still work for the application, unless otherwise stated as inoperable. An example is shift knobs which were molded slightly oblong, or don’t seat squarely at a 90 degree angle to the shift rod. We made every effort to document every last imperfection, but we may have missed something. All items sold as is, and may not have minor parts such as shift adapter nuts, but if that was missing, please let us know, rather than returning it (or leaving negative feedback), we could always send one out. That said, I personally sealed the last hundred, and I recall about 3 missing it. We have since found more, so just let us know! Also, we review every item we leave feedback for, please remember to leave us positive feedback as well, and in the event of an issue, give us a chance to remedy it. Most issues can be resolved in 48-72 hours, please allow us an additional 48 hours after the weekend to respond, or 72 hours after a holiday weekend, such as Labor Day, where we are closed for three days, AND have more volume of orders than usual. Thank you, and Happy Bidding!! DISCLAIMER: Due to our large inventory and the diversity of our product line, the stock photo used may not be an exact representation of the item you are bidding on. Saab fans gather outside GM headquarters
Tue, 05 Jan 2010The 60-plus-year history of Saab may come to an inglorious end in the next few days if General Motors and Dutch supercar maker Spyker--or perhaps a dark-horse bidder--fail to reach an agreement to save the iconic Swedish maker of premium cars. But the potential death of yet another GM brand raised some voices of dissension--and passion--as a crowd of about 30 Saab enthusiasts braved temperatures in the 20s and snow flurries to show their support for Saab at a gathering near GM's global headquarters in downtown Detroit. The event was organized by the Ryan Emge, editor of a Saab.History.com, and was part car show, part rally and part family gathering.
