The BMW 5-series GT has been a sales success for the German automaker, even though the AutoWeek staff is sharply divided over its looks. There's a redesigned 3-series coming for 2012, and a GT version is joining in the lineup. Eterniti Artemis - first sales at Beijing Despite a price tag of £250k, Eterniti says they have taken five orders for the Artemis SUV at the Beijing Motor Show. Eterniti Motors finally revealed their Artemis SUV at the Bejing Motor Show (that’s the Cayenne based Super SUV formerly known as the Eterniti Hemera), and it came with a whopping price tag of £250k. But despite that (or maybe because of it) the cost of the stand at Beijing seems to have paid off for Eterniti with the first five sales for the Super SUV being taken – four for the standard car at £210k plus tax and one for a completely bespoke version.

Phones topple tailgating as most hated driving habit

THERE’S a new ‘hate’ at the top of drivers’ lists, after a study from Kwik Fit showed that using a phone at the wheel has overtaken the long-standing bad habit of tailgating. Talking or texting while driving is hated by 47% of drivers, according to the research; comfortably ahead of tailgating on 42%. It’s the first time that following too closely has been knocked off its seriously irritating perch in years.
