Reman Holley model 2280 2-barrel carburetor carb, list number 8448. Mopar part number 4095918. I am not familiar with all makes and models this fits. Please verify part number and pics match your application. Throttle bores measure 1-7/16" and mounting bolt holes center to center measure 1-7/8" by 3-1/4". Carb was reman a few years ago and has some light patina from sitting, see pics for condition.
