This listing is for a Completely Remanufactured 2007-2010 Evinrude 150 & 175 HP E-Tec Outboard Powerhead. Fresh Machine Work on the Block. 6 New .020 Over Pistons, New Gasket Set, New Upper, Center and Lower Main Bearings, New Upper and Lower Rod Bearings and all New Rod Bolts have been Installed. A 90 day limited warranted will come with the powerhead. Warranty will cover machine work and new internal parts. Warranty will not cover any failure caused by external systems such as fuel, ignition or cooling systems not working correctly. 

No additional core charge. We do buy core powerheads. Core value on this powerhead if it is rebuildable is $300.00.

2011 Saturn Vue: GM confirms plug-in crossover is on track

A plug-in electric powertrain once destined for a Saturn crossover will live on at General Motors and will arrive in 2011 in another vehicle. GM vice chairman and product chief Tom Stephens confirmed to wire service Reuters that the project remains on track. The automaker was scheduled to bring a plug-in version of the Saturn Vue to market in 2011.

BMW M3 coupe gets stripped down to go club racing

BMW's M division is back in the business of building specialty street-legal race cars with a new lightweight version of the M3 called the GTS. The lightweight coupe, set to go on sale in early 2010 at a yet-undisclosed price, was conceived as a limited-edition model primarily for club-based racing in much the same way that Porsche builds the 911 GT3 Clubsport. But in a clear effort to link its track-based activities with the production-car side of its business, BMW's M division is offering the new car with a homologation package that will allow customers to register the M3 GTS for street use.

Audi A2 EV & A1 Range-Extender dropped

It seems Audi is getting cold feet on its electric car plans with the Audi A2 EV and the Audi A1 Range-Extender reported to be dropped. It’s starting to look as if car makers are waking up to the reality that electric cars are not something car buyers, on the whole, want to spend their hard earned cash on. We recently reported that the BMW range of EVs is being re-thought with the BMW i3 likely to be just a range extender and plans to extend the i-BMW beyond the i3 and i8 Supercar put on ice.
